No questions asked money back return policy within 7 days applies if your not satisfied when you receive the humidor. We also provide a Federal Express Shipping Label at No Cost  if you decide to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt.  We accept all major credit cards for US domestic orders.

   Warranty

Daniel Marshall products carry a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include deterioration due to accident or negligence and void with exposure to sun and water. Place products in as cool a place as possible. Our warranty will be voided if products are stored or displayed in a lighted display case. This artificially warm and dry environment can cause all wood to move and behave abnormally, usually resulting in distorted lids. We caution you to never display or store these humidors in this environment. We cannot be held responsible for returns or replacement requests due to this situation.
