The "Papa Joe" Panatela is named after Daniel Marshall's mentor and the recipient of the thank you gift DM made for Papa Joe Bain in 1982 that launched the brand with the first creation. This was the same size cigar that DM made the gift to fit, Papa's Joe's favorite cigar vitola.
